Common Queries

What sizes, what prices?

Our label: 19-litre jars, Rs. 47. 1-litre bottles, Rs. 252 for twelve. 500 ml bottles, Rs. 370 for twenty. Your label: 500 ml and 900 ml square bottles with your own design. Those are custom print runs, so we quote them. Tell us the numbers and we'll price it by tomorrow.

Where do you deliver?

Seven days a week across Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. Tell us your area and we'll tell you which day the van is on your street.

What if I need to change or pause my order?

Message us 12 hours before delivery to change the count, 24 hours ahead to pause. No penalty, no minimum term, no phone menu.

Can I see where the water is made?

Yes. It's not that exciting. Come anyway.
