• Delivery Area (Tole/Street)
• Order history and container deposit records

• To schedule and execute water deliveries to your location.
• To communicate order confirmations, delays, or issues via WhatsApp or phone call.
• To maintain accurate ledgers of refundable jar deposits.

We do not use your information for third-party marketing, nor do we sell or rent your data to external entities.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your order details are securely stored in our cloud database (AWS DynamoDB) with encryption at rest.

Retention Policy: Delivery records containing personally identifiable information (PII) are automatically purged from our active dispatch systems 12 months after the order date.
